GOT BLUR TICKETS!!
So i may not be going to Hyde park but i’m seeing them at Wolverhampton Civic Hall (the same place as that Smiths concert!). That was stressfull though as it turned out my online banking thing had expired so i had to re-enter the whole thing while there was a timer going down…
I texted my mum saying i’ve got tickets and she replied with ‘woo hoo’

Listening to an old R.E.M. interview (2008) and Michael is talking about Blur!
They supported them for the Milton Keynes shows in 1995, and Michael says in this interview:
“What’s the bass player called? Alex? Alex was wearing the coolest shorts that day, and they had a hamburger that floated above the stage, that yellow smoke came out of and I felt very jealous of that, I felt we needed a stage prop like that. I really love that band a lot.”
